For context, we do strictly business-to-business, and the majority of clients are manufacturing .. and these days those clients are stretching their payables a lot, and that might be an understatement. January 15, our receivables had hit 113 days with about 76% being overdue. In the 5 months since .. Our receivables 'Days Sales Outstanding' dropped from 113 days in January to around 60 by March half of that by May 15. We're at 31.6 days as of today. [So 113 > 31.6 in 5 months!] OVERDUE invoices made up 75.5% of our invoices in January and today .. they represent 27.3% or our receivables, and 8.6 DSO. In our setup PaidNice sends reminders for every invoice, a week before the due date, a week after and then again regularly. We send out full statements to all but a few clients that we've whitelisted (because they pay like clockwork).
