The next phase of non payers are escalated to a more senior member of staff who can be insistent that the debt needs to be paid. Then finally really tough ones are sent to me for formal debt collection proceedings

Paidnice has completely changed our Aged Receivables. Along with other strategies we have implemented. Cold hard facts, back in Nov 2024 our overdue balance was running at 47.66% today we are running at 1.88%. This with minimal effort from myself. The reminders emails, prompt payment discounts and the potential of interest charges has driven down the amount owed to us. In fact the amounts overdue now are either queries, repayment plans or the odd rogue customer. The reduction in the aged receivables has freed up resources to concentrate on those areas that genuinely need our attention.
